• Ventilation slots to extend the life of the compressor by allowing cool air to run across it and reduce weight
• Better strength with complex fold design to reduce number of welds
• Fully covers the compressor – even that odd angle at the rear
• Deflect and slide over obstacles with angled skid plate
• Drainage and easy cleaning with drainage holes at the back of the bottom plate
• Retain easy access to compressor - only three bolts plus a locating pin
• Independently mounted to avoid vibration between the monocque and the ladder chassis
